Off-Topic Information

Welcome to the New Off-Topic, which has been redesigned to work as a forum for Old-Timers and Veterans of Royce’s Relationship Resource. The forums are open for all vetarans who have been invited to join here, which happens after having spent more than 9 months on Royce’s Relationship Resource is still active and have posted more than 100 posts on the associated message board.

This board was designed to serve several purposes, first of all to be a place where veterans and old-timers could continue to meet in a more informal setting, for socializing and keeping in touch with each other, even if there is no active situation going on. It was also intended to move this social interaction over here, in order to make the RRR board more focused on solving relationship problems, and at the same time acknowledging the wish for many of the people who have met on those boards to continue to stay in contact.

Off-Topic News & Rumors
  1. I'm currently testing a facility for uploading images for use in posts, the facility is still in alpha testing stage, and will only be made available to regular posters, to prevent misuse. If you would like to participate in the test send me a Private Message.
  2. The Off-Topic site is currently undergoing a gradual style-change and face-lift, to make it more aestetic appealing, as well as to make the pages more standards compliant, so that it will be easier to update & and maintain them in the future. I hope you'll like the look-and-feel of the site, but if not let me know I can always use good ideas :-)
  3. The 24 hours is a new feature, that gives you an overview of the posts made to both the Off-Topics boards and the Royce’s Relationship Resource Boards – regularly updated (currently every two minutes) for as long as you leave the window open.

Browser Issues

This page is made using modern web-authoring languages and tools such as XHTML1.1 and CSS2, and are being tested for compliance with the W3C standards. Unfortunately MSIE is exhibiting some rather troublesome quirks and annoyances when it comes to certain aspects of CSS2 rendering, which makes this and other standard compliant pages look "funny"! Thus I recommend that if you're using MSIE that you switch to a more modern browser... Mozilla, Firefox, Opera, Galeon, Safari.... basically anything but MSIE! Hopefully when MSIE 7 is being released in a final form, the warning about MSIE will no longer be necessary, one can only hope!

On a related note old browsers, will most likely also have some problems with this page -- that is all versions of Internet Explorer prior to version 6 and all versions of Netscape prior to Netscape version 6

If you're experiencing problems with seeing these pages correctly, and you're using MSIE – I strongly encourage you to upgrade to better browser. My personal favorite is Mozilla Firefox
